| Vincent Hoek wins Skyradiorun 2011 |

For the 9th year the Skyradiorun was the spot for media professionals to meet, run and party. The course around the Amsterdam rowing track was again the ideal setting for the 1300 contestants. Vincent Hoek of the Lexmark Running Team claimed the title of the 5k run.
Next to Vincent Hoek the team consisted of Robin Dool (team captain), Martijn Bendijk, Stefan van Beeten and Wessel Wagenaar.
After finishing first in the 5K in 2007 and third at the same distance in 2009, Vincent was not sure he could run this year’s edition, because of a foot injury. “I had hoped I would finish the race. “I went out pretty conservatively, because I haven't trained for weeks," Vincent said. "I wasn't quite sure what to expect”.
With two personal bests for Robin Dool and Martijn Bendijk, the Lexmark Running Team was quite successful and is already setting goals for the 2012 edition.
